Membership

Membership is open to ANYONE interested in our organization. We ask that you join the Autism Society of Miami-Dade if you can afford to do so. The Autism Society survives SOLEY on donations and membership fees:

• Local Dues go DIRECTLY to our local Miami-Dade chapter and helps to support your family and others in our community.
• State Dues go towards making our voices heard in Tallahassee as well as supporting local chapters.
• National Dues go to our ASA voice for legislation in Washington D.C., members also receive the ASA Advocate Magazine.

The Autism Society of Miami-Dade Florida is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt chapter of the Autism Society of America serving Miami-Dade County. We are dedicated to building bridges throughout our community by supporting, advocating, educating, networking and providing hope for people affected by autism and related disorders of communication and behavior. The Autism Society of Miami-Dade survives SOLEY on donations and membership fees. The Autism Society of Miami- Dade takes great pride in proving local families with support, informational meetings, educational opportunities, and social events for the whole family at NO COST. If you are interested in volunteering with the Autism Society of Miami-Dade we can provide you with a letter of community service hours for high school and college students. We have a verity of dates and times that we can always use assistance with.
